This free event is open to children in Years 5 to 8 and offers a morning of engaging, practical online workshops. Pupils will explore sustainable initiatives both locally and globally, gaining insight into climate action and environmental stewardship. The conference will also showcase inspiring climate projects from Hampshire schools. It is a fantastic opportunity to deepen climate education and empower young people to take meaningful action in response to the climate crisis.
Schools are invited to log in to the conference directly from their classrooms and take part in the workshops delivered by experienced providers.
These sessions are designed to be interactive and inspiring, helping pupils connect with sustainability themes in meaningful ways.
From 12:00 to 12:30, there will be a dedicated teacher space, offering teaching practitioners the chance to hear from a range of organisations and explore resources that support sustainability in schools.
