The Secondary Inclusion Exchange provides a dynamic forum for school leaders to share expertise, explore best practice, and strengthen inclusive provision. Sessions are firmly rooted in practical, evidence-informed approaches, supporting schools to meet the needs of their most vulnerable pupils with confidence and impact.

Alongside exploring national policy and guidance, the Exchange creates dedicated opportunities for collaborative problem-solving. Participants will engage in solution-focused discussions, working together to address real and emerging inclusion challenges within their own settings.

Led by Urmilla Choubae, HIAS Inspector Adviser for Inclusion, the Exchange will equip leaders with the knowledge, skills and practical tools needed to drive sustainable improvements and embed inclusive practice across their schools.

Specific areas of focus include:
