If you have an Early Career Teacher (ECT) starting employment with you, they must:

1. be registered with an Appropriate Body (AB)
2. receive the statutory early career entitlement (ECTE) basined on the Initial teacher Training and Early Career Framework (ITTECF)

We are continuing to work with Ambition Institute to deliver our training programme for ECTs and their mentors - ECT Align. 

Your ECTs can train with us regardless of who you choose as an Appropriate Body. 

There are two routes to register, depending on your school setting:

Maintained/academy/Section 41 approved schools

Independent schools
