We are currently planning what’s next with The Hampshire Music Service and Southampton University (Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences). The project for 2026 is: 'Climate Unity: Circular Art'.
Later this term there should be more information, there will be an exhibition in 2026, date and venue being arranged. We will be repurposing musical instruments with art and possibly sound.
This bold new initiative will fuse environmental science, creative arts, and education. The project will empower students to transform discarded musical instruments into permanent sculptures, bringing circular economy principles to life through hands on learning and artistic collaboration.
By joining, your school will help spark vital conversations about sustainability, foster creativity and teamwork, and contribute to a public exhibition that celebrates resourcefulness and community spirit. This is a chance to inspire young minds, enrich your curriculum, and be part of a movement that turns waste into wonder.
